"PIN ISSUES:
SKNANB has received questions about persons whose Pin codes are not working. At this time, we are unable to change or issue new Pins, but we can reset your card if you used the incorrect Pin too many time (three times). Please contact us to reset your card if you have used the Pin too many times. If you cannot remember your Pin, we are unable, at present, to issue a new Pin, you will need to use your physical card at swipe merchants (e.g. grocery stores, restaurants etc.) or your virtual card for shopping online."
post here if and when you requested them to reset your card (if you had the 3x wrong pin) and to what email you sent the request.
I emailed them 10/10/10 to [email protected] and still no answer. Tried the card yesterday and still it gives the message that i need to contact the bank because of the 3x wrong pin i had last week.
