With the latest HIV outbreak and the rumored 20+ actors quarantined will that be enough ammo for Cal/OSHA to force everyone to go "condom only" within 12 months?

According to Cal/OSHA it's the law already. As soon as they decide to enforce it, LA will be condom mandatory.
