Exactly what just happened to me. They were more of an extra thing to sell so I didn't send them a lot of traffic, however I did continually send traffic, so to make my account inactive and take my $95.85 or whatever it was is pretty bullshit and I hope in 'good gesture' they pay it to me like they should.Comment

I have been an affiliate for them for about as long as you (maybe even longer)... and the FACT is that not only me, but other affiliates LOST their commissions because more niche can't convert their traffic into sales... yes they lost their commission because they didn't reach $100 in one year... so instead of paying more niche took THEIR money from them....

I actually did read it all.
Now you read this:
- got a shitload of "aff managers" on my icq, moreniche ones are by far the most easy to contact and definetly most helpful ones (for fucks sake, they even build wp themes and full sites for their affiliates), and back in the day, one of them literally tutored me over ICQ (Sandis)
- quick to resolve any affiliate problems (ex. when epass went down and some payments got stuck etc..)
- products convert E X C E L L E N T with normal targeted traffic, not crap porn tgp popunders or whatever adult webmasters mostly try on such stuff
- commisions are superb, 50% range, I had one sale yesterday: 149$ commision, yup, thats only ONE sale
- click/sale tracking is the best I ever saw over the years, and stats with all kinds of refferer/country/whatever analysis, test sales are allowed too
- the TESTIMONIAL section - "top performers table" of moreniche site is 100% legit, and I know that as a fact because I've been appearing on it on a few occasions
- mp3 player, shirts, bags, wallets - some of the small stuff they sent me over the years, its all really minor, but its a great gesture and they always do such stuff (and besides, my kid brother liked the mp3 player)
And yes, I know that rule about 12 months and all accounts are zeroed, and even I lost some small commision because of it (didn't promote them for 18 months or so, when the program split in two and my products ended up in other program), but its their gig and they have it written publicly on their site, boo fucking hoo. Look at the big picture and earning potental, specially now with new products they got.
NO, I'm not on any kind of moreniche payroll, other than the affiliate one ofcourse.

did you read the part where they HAD 2 DIFFERENT TOS and didn't want to pay the affiliates even when they HAD CONFLICTING INFORMATION ON THEIR WEBSITE?
did you read the part when they say that they WILL NOT PAY BECAUSE THEY CHANGED THEIR TOS AND DIDN'T WARN ANY ONE? DID YOU READ THE PART WHERE THEY SAID THAT THEY SENT AN EMAIL SAYING THAT THEY WOULD TAKE THE MONEY OUT OF THE AFFILIATES ACCOUNT AND NO ONE THAT "LOST" THEIR MONEY RECEIVED SUCH EMAIL?
MORE NICHE IS A SCAM AND STEALS MONEY FROM THE GUYS PROMOTING THEM!!!

btw: I had their links on a lot of my blogs and a few of my TGPs... I kept sending traffic to them in the hope to make a few EXTRA MONEY (and maybe some BIG SALES)... but it is not worth... it is better to go with some other sponsors like OA or SH... because then you wont lose the money if you are not able to send sales in 12 months (in my case they even riped my on the sales I made with WASSPOKER and WASSFORUM -> and those were sales made on that 12 month period when they said I didn't make any sales!!! they took those $1 sales from my account without warning when they removed those sites from their program, and didn't warn anyone about doing it!!!)Comment

Perhaps the reason is that you presumably have $0 in your account as opposed to the others who have had small amounts left as a balance? There is no real motivation to closing your account because there is simply no money to take.
I don't like such policies. Pay me what you owe me then close my account. When I sign up to a sponsor I don't know if they will convert at 1:300 or 1:50,000. I send some test traffic and make further decisions based upon performance. If I decide not to send anymore traffic I still need to be paid for any sales I have already been made. There is no reason to send a horrible sponsor another 500,000 clicks just to avoid losing existing sales. If you convert well then I will send you more traffic. No need for the games.

I once received an email from ANDY saying that anyone who wanted NEW EXCLUSIVE CONTENT TO PROMOTE SIZE GENETICS should email him and the 1st (I don't remember how many) would get 1 exclusive article (one for each of the affiliates)... I did all he asked and when he should give me the article he said that my website was OUTDATED and he would not give me the article (one of the reasons I wanted the article was to UPDATE THE SITE)...
but that is not what this thread is about this is about MORE NICHE STEALING COMMISSIONS FROM AFFILIATES INSTEAD OF PAYING THEM... doesn't matter what you say: they had 2 different TOS and they don't send ANY EMAIL SAYING THEY WERE GOING TO REMOVE MY COMMISSION FROM ME LIKE THEY CLAIMED THEY DID (you might want to ask any other MN affiliate to see if they received any email from MN warning about funds being removed from the account)
ALSO: if you have a policy about removing funds from the affiliates account you should not have a minimum payout... you should pay affiliates whenever they make the commissions (or at least have a button on the website where affiliates could ask for their payouts)Comment

If you were so desperate for the money you should have pushed more traffic, generated the type of traffic that converts for those products, or, and this is the kicker, contacted them before the year was up and ask them to pay out your commission and close your account. I was sending them traffic for the POKER SITE they had... and which they removed (and removed also the commissions generated on that traffic) but since that no longer shows on the stats I can't prove that...
PILLS were EXTRA MONEY... and there is no EXCUSE TO STEAL MONEY FROM THE AFFILIATES... what would you think if a CCBILL SPONSOR decided that they would remove your commission because you didn't generate any more sales after 1 year... if it is SO LITTLE MONEY FOR THEM WHY DON'T THEY SIMPLY PAY IT TO THE AFFILIATES (it is not only me that was not paid by them)...Comment
