Paytoo Prepaid MasterCard Card is issued by Choice Bank Ltd pursuant to license by MasterCard International Incorporated

same bank as paxum - Choice Bank...it looks like Choice bank is becoming the new SKANB..

I think anyone can setup something like paxum or paytoo with Choice bank :

which wouldn't surprise anyone since according to a report from Central Bank of Belize, domestic banks are losing profitability by around 25% each year (compared to previous year) and Choice Bank Ltd ranks between the worse ones from a financial POV

But this is kind a different solution,apparently you can use their sim card to buy something offline.But not sure how exactly that works.
