Just got my first Paxum and Payoneer payments.

Paxum was nice because, Payoneer said: You can have the money now if you pay us $3 or wait 2 days (for us to collect interest on it before releasing it to you)? WTF?

I think Payoneer does this hold because money can be pulled back out until it settles in 2 days and perhaps they use the $3 to build up a reserve so if things start going backwards, the $3 can pay it over time, and once there is a nice reserve, they can't spend da mon-nay!

So currently paxum is making me happier.
