    Epass glitch?

    i dunno if this is true or if only happened to my friend, but if this happened to you, please stand up.

    ok, i had a friend in other country, he told me he emptied his epass card before it shut down. but 4 days ago, out of his mind he tried to widthdraw 300usd from atm and he got 300usd. he did this for 4 days, so that is more than 1kusd. he swear there is no left funds on his epass before.

          No, it's not a glitch. The bank turned the cards back on a few days ago. Although, it seems only people with $2000 or less were able to take anything out at atms.

                                  So that doesn't make it a glitch? Why should someone be able to take 1k out of an ATM without having that balance?

                                                  Some ATMs will not process your epass balance. My bank ATM has always said there was a zero balance (when I had money on the card) on my card but let me take out money.

                                                          they say funds in motion (thousands, millions?), so they are everywhere like a virus penetrating for random lucky epass card holder.

                                                          i might say 49.9% true since their system are now fucked up.

                                                          so go out now and find atm while still hot
