    Problems with videobox/adultplatform?

    I've tried to contact support for Videobox several times via several methods the past week or so with no response. Are there any reps on GFY? Is anyone else that promotes them seeing some odd stats and errors with your link codes? Figured I would ask around.

      a lot of program have gone to shit lately. I'm not sure about videobox but here's a bump for you.

          Seems fine here... received august check last week.

              I'm still receiving checks on time and rebills are still doing well. New signup stats have gone to shit for the last 3 weeks. I am also seeing location not found on the top of my browser with my link code http://www.videobox.com/?tid=50993996

              What bothers me the most is the lack of reply from support. A lot of programs have a lax approach to support nowadays. Not good.

                  Your link code is fine on all 3 of my browsers.

                  It's sunday... they might not be quickest to reply but last time, after 2 emails I received a reply. It was not regarding bad stats because honestly most of the big sponsors are tired of received those emails from affiliates.

                          Our login doesn't work either suddenly, and email sent in November with no reply also.
                          Been promoting them back from 2006, so strange.
