Well if you don't have screenshots your shit out of luck to be honest with you. The only way to enforce a action and legally retrieve epassporte databases is to get a court order to do this. You can't get a court order to do this until you have a pending lawsuit. Discovery can't be inititiated without a pending law suit.

Overall though, not sure if epass is required to keep those kinds of records on hand, or if a screenshot is admissible in court.
Still though, slick looking site and better to take action than do nothing at all

I can't give legal advice, but whenever I have been in court and someone tried to submit a picture as evidence, the picture was not allowed into evidence unless the actual photographer was present and could tesitify that yes he was the person who took this picture.Thinking it over, your wallet balance was available for a good while after this catastrophe happened, right? if you file a lawsuit you will tie up the funds for years, which is not good for anyone. not mean to be rude, but your $7k is just a drop comparing to money people get in their wallets... i'm sure 50% of people posting here would hate you after this and don't say i didn't tell you.
btw, are you sure most of the people from russia and belarus that you posted on this site will be able to do the necessary verification in order to get ahold of funds?
further, you should at least wait until after Oct 18, which the date by which epassporte has said it would advise on how the wallet funds will be handled. once a lawsuit is is fled, epass no longer has to work with or talk to anyone but their lawyers, which will put all the remaining funds on hold until the outcome of the lawsuit is decided.Last edited by Marshal; 10-08-2010, 03:12 PM.---

Just a note to people who've lost a serious amount of money..
If you CAN still get a screenshot as someone suggested of the amount in your wallet, don't take the screenshot yourself. Go to a lawyer you don't know, and get him to do it. They'll notarize it or whatever, and now it's not just your word, but someone with their life and reputation on the line to say that at least the screenshot wasn't doctored, and was taken legitimately from the website on a specific date, yadda yadda.Comment
