I have this form what do they mean by: Attach a statement explaining proposed use of funds?

Does this mean what i want to use my money for? Or why i used epassporte and had money on that account?

They emailed the form to me and asked me to fill it our but this question doesnt really make sense to me.

No it doesn't. You just have to tell them what you plan to do with the money once you get it. Just write, to pay bills etc...

i think it's like the dumb question when you enter the use

"are you going to kill mr.president?" :D

it's a stupid question but they keep asking it, obviously nobody is going to answer "yes" (...or we may get a surprise here)

If we were going to finance terrorism or were criminals making money laundering, we wouldn't mind lying the bank :P
