Due to some C&D's and CDMA's the site is down right now..
Just waiting on new host to setup the server etc.. and it's thanks giving so this will take a few days.. the site will be up again 7 days downtime MAX...
Carmen - I will do my best to keep the site going until everyone gets every dime.. At that time I will close the site..
As for apologizing.. I don't think so.. He made is bed he can lay in it. After all he just needed to keep people up to day with what was going on with their money.. Its not like he didnt have a legal and ethical fiduciary duty in this relationship of confidence and trust regarding the management of money or property between us all.Comment

Should have used a domain like chrismallicksucks.com or chrismallickfailures.com etc... Just using his straight up name is going to get you shut down quickly regardless unless you go with a registrar and host that has some real balls.Comment

I have never had any issues with my host and know the owner very well. So I see no point in subjecting them to legal issues when I can simply just move the site.
At this time I don't not know if Monkier was even contacted..
Issues started yesterday with the first round of legal letters being denied by my host..
today more letters and notice that more were on there way.
So the site will get a new home soon.Comment
