1. Michael i work at twistys built hundreds of sites, and companies in the last 10 years made millions of dollars online and in life.

2. not deluded i was asked orginally now i just post when i am bored, if i was promoting myself i would take work. I don't.

that's it. to expand, losing weight is about taking in less cals than you burn. atkins and ultra low carb diets add the ketosis, as a result of no carbs.

bryan, if you are exercising hard and consistently, i would suggest going 1-2 weeks ultra low carb and see how it works for you. the absolute best way to do it all is to count cals and write it all down, sucky but effective.

Actually I answered this before so you can search it, the short answer is Egg based on the fact that a chicken had to evolve from something else, so it would have had to come before the chicken.
