So your company does exercise editorial control over user submitted media?

If some media happens to pass through your editorial approval and then gets flagged by the community, how is it reviewed? Is it automatically removed, do you ask the submitter for 2257 docs or does an editor reevaluate the content?

case by case, and this is not editorial control, its except from that definition per DMCA and 2257.

So how do I get my tube submissions up on your properties? Because it seems to me like everytime I've tried, it's never been posted. Granted it's been probably since Brazzers owned all the tubes that I've tried uploading, so maybe it's changed?

It's been my experience that all the large tubes are exercising "editorial control" because as a user that uploads tube files, with specific copyright permissions from their owners, it's been nearly impossible to actually get anything listed.

I said very specifically that my assets and money I've made and properties I buy and own add up to MUCH more than some programmer who used to work for NATS and then ran a failed small program and then "magically" can come up with the money to buy a multi-million dollar company. HE is the one who tried to preach to me how to get business loans and make acquisitions...I merely pointed out that he doesn't have the credit history and income over the years to be able to do what he claimed he did.

And I'm pretty sure that I have just as much if not more experience trying to make money with tubes as you do for sure. Owning one for the last two years and also trying to sell memberships off of big ones. You're opinion and "knowledge" isn't enough to make the definitive statement that you just tried to make. You know nothing more than the next guy who doesn't own pornhub. I know what their ability to make sales to a paysite is on pornhub...they are my affiliate. They suck. I also know what my own tube site does for sales with 99% search engine traffic....it sucks.

What's the basis for you to tell me I'm ignorant? How much do you make on your tube site and how many tube sites are an affiliate of a program you own?

I know personally the owner of one of the larger free tubes not owned by Manwin. I know what kind of numbers they do and where the revenue comes from.

Additionally, I am personally sending good quality, converting and retaining members from tubes to many of the larger affiliate programs. Programs like Nasty Dollars, Bang Bros, Top Bucks, FYC, etc etc. The traffic is being 100% generated from free tubes.

So that's how I know. I have first hand experience with it. I'm sorry if you can't seem to sell your wife's site on tubes. It's probably because you're a bit of a dinousaur stuck in your ways. Maybe you can give Mr. Foray a call for some help? He pretty much got you where you are today, no? Maybe he'll help out again?

You're ALWAYS bringing up money, income and experience as some sort of metric of the worth of a person's oppinion. That's fine if that's how you see the World, but unfortunately the guys running Brazzers have whooped up on you with your own measuring stick. It makes you look ridiculous imho.

For the tubes that have Content Partner Programs i say hallelujah because site owners like me need the traffic. For those who are being harmed by stolen material I feel for you.

Here's a shocker for you, Robbie. I can and actually do respect the things you've accomplished in this business. In many aspects, you most probably ARE an expert.

I personally don't like Pornography and can't be involved in the production aspects of it. I can't stand the "talent" or most of the people in the industry. I've been to many of the shows, both large and small, and I'm just not really in to getting stupid drunk and or high with a bunch of social misfits. It's not for me. It would probably surprise you to learn that I have both built and sold profitable paysites. I came to recognize over time that I'm not particularily interested in that part of this business so I don't persue it.

So yes, when it comes to big breasted MILF solo sites, you probably ARE the authority on the matter. Just as Steve Lightspeed is to solo teens. What I take exception to is your stamping your feet around in any discussion and declaring just how much smarter you are than everybody else. You might not think you come over like that but trust me you do. I'm not the only person to notice it either.

Not trying to come across like that at all. I'm sure you're not trying to sound like a "know-it-all" either. But the written word doesn't always convey what a person is really trying to put across.

The only point I was trying to make in the original post you're giving me a spanking over was I do know exactly what it takes to get large loans and acquire businesses and property. And I was questioning Nathan on how in the hell he could suddenly have the means to do those things with no track record of making money and the credit history that goes with it.

So just like everyone else...I can only come to the logical conclusion that somebody else is the person who really put the money together.

That's what you came after me about and misunderstood me and thought I was claiming to be making more money than Brazzers. I'm not. I'm probably PERSONALLY bringing home just as much net pay as the top guy there does at the end of the day...or at least in the same ballpark.

But my point was that you have to have a history of making a lot of money, and if you own your own company like I do...you have to pay yourself a salary from your company, and then have a history of tax returns showing that amount of income in order to get loans to buy multi-million dollar companies like Nathan says he did...even though he was just a programmer working for TMM a couple of years ago.

This had nothing to do with Claudia-Marie or my affiliate work over the years. It was plain and simple me questioning how our boy Nathan could magically do that.

Fair enough. I don't know anything about this Nathan guy either. I have to take what he says as being on the level. I'm not sure I entirely believe he's the top man in charge, but I haven't spent much time thinking about it either. It's not really my business and there's no way for me to really insert myself in it if I had such a desire.

There are some explanations that seem plausible, however.

First off, the guys that started the whole mess, the Brazzers clan were just average webmasters some what 7 years ago. They hit it big as a program, and then later with tubes. Ultimately they ended up with both content AND traffic. Pretty much self reliant. Ethics aside, and trust me I don't think they're squeaky clean either, they pretty much blew up in a rather short period of time.

Consider also that at Internext Las Vegas circa 2002ish, Dukeskywalker was updaing a MGP and hahaha was running around making content in hotel rooms. I'd say both of them pretty much exploded from humble starts as well.

There's also the possibility that he's a fantastic visonary, that through whatever connections he's made managed to hook up with a financial partner. He calls himself managing partner or something along those lines. He may well own a substantial share of the company without having put up much or any money himself. Most people with large sums to invest don't care if they make you rich along the way to them getting richer.

I guess the point is that we don't know what Nathan might have been up to in the background these passed years but it's safe to say it isn't IMPOSSIBLE that some, much or even all of what he's saying is true.
