If Youtube will delete all of a users videos, then Manwin has zero excuse, even though we will get one from them. I believe Google knows a thing or two and probably has a few good attorneys. If they can do it...

And why did they leave that video up? Who knows with YouTube? They removed our first music video because it was against their "community guidelines" and it was a music video. They took it down because Claudia-Marie was in a bikini with her tits jiggling. lol

They didn't worry about DMCA or anything. There wasn't even any nudity. The original video to "Get With Me' is on http://tptrash.com/ I had to make a censored video for them to leave it up. And the only thing I censored was CM in a bikini with NO nudity at all and everything having meaning to the song.

Yet they leave up a "teen stripping" that doesn't even belong to the uploader? Wow!

And by the way...I used to have an account a year ago. I put up some trailers for Claudia-Marie.Com that I made especially for YouTube. Absolutely NO nudity in them at all. Just humor.

I put up five of them. They cited me for each video, deleted my user account and deleted EVERY video.

I have no idea why they didn't delete that users video. Maybe because it was his first offense and he's on "suspension"? I don't know. But I do know that they gave me 3 strikes immediately and deleted all my trailers a year ago. And it looks like they didn't get into any legal trouble for doing so.

As if ANYBODY would "report" Pornhub for deleting videos off of their own server. What a joke.
