Did you ask them? Topbucks have posted several times in past weeks that they're "in the process of integrating payoneer" so it should be available soon, if not already.
Several sponsors who already pay via Payoneer or Paxum, don't have that option shown on signup pages yet, but they have it if you mail/ask them. Many show still even epassporte as payment method, just give them a while.Comment
