- notice they removed the Visa logo

Yep, Visa has nothing to do with the whole current situation. They simply don't have enough funds in their own bank. So they seem to try to raise some new funds somewhere in the next days.

At least they finally gave some definitive date, 18th day, plus probably about 10 business days to receive that wire. Although it didn't specify that ALL wires go out by then, but earlier they didn't give any definite dates so give it a month and then we know for sure.
