Every company sure has a recognizable logo. The logo has to professionally made, so that it cannot be faked by a child or something. If the logo is made with small details, it is harder to fake. Think of it as a dollar bill with many small elements to it. The authentic logo can be used as a stamp on the document or as a signature. Every company has a standard they follow. One company may be better than another company at delivering a high quality product at the right time. That is how consumers can choose to use Company #1 rather than Company #2. The consumers remember the company name and company logo that gave them the best quality. They return again to the company of their choice. They see the visual and they have the association that comes with it. Hopefully the company made a good impression on the customer.

It happens sometimes that spammers send out spam. Some of them spammers pretend to be from Google. Some of the spammers pretend to be from Yahoo. The Google image is quite simple. In real life, a person would need an authentic card to prove he/she really is the correct person with the company. The authentic business card should not be easy to fake.
