At this point, I can't believe this guy MALLICK is still free and living in USA, and nobody cares.. Man.. imagine if something like this happened in the times of ELIOT NESS or AL CAPONE... the guy would no survive more than 24 hours...

Yeah, I think it is pretty clear at this point that is the case.
Why would ePassporte go through the trouble of setting up their own bank. There is only 1 reason I can see and that is to make loans against the deposits of ePassporte cardholders. Something they can not do legally as ePassporte, but can do as the bank that ePassporte just happens to have an account with.
