A little under 2K and it worked.
Seems like the limit for sending in documentation is set at exactly 2K

So balance of $1999 can use the card, balance of $2000 has to send it verification docs

I am happy I took out almost 4K the days before ePass went down, which made my balance below 2K.

Still sucks that the limit is only 320 a day, I had mine upgraded to 1K a day before. Oh well it will only 6 days to take out my funds.

What are you guys doing for the statement of source funds?

I am writing up a small 2-3 paragraph statement, basically stating where the funds came from and giving them a list of local authorities they can contact (such as tax department) and also the list of contacts within the companies who paid to verify. I am hoping this is all OK. I have nothing to hide so I don't care who they contact to be honest.

i just hope this gets fxed

I sent them an e-mail yesterday, but never got a reply.

If you have an epass account, don't they already have your docs? It is most likely to confirm you are who you say you are.

I called St. Kitts today and they said that most of the email will be replied until tommorow.
A form will be attached on the email.. You will have to send it back to them and wait for few more weeks to get verified to get your account unblocked.

I guess the "minorities" they're saying are the ones who have about $1k or $2k on their

It sucks because i know there are many people who have 2k+ on their account.. All of them, including me will be automatically be on the fucking "minority" list.

I got out $300 yesterday. I think I have about another $100 on there.

I would love to know the breakdown...How many cards were issued and how many of those were under $2K. You could learn a lot about the industry.

I had mere $300 on the card and it wasn't working. I've buzzed the bank and they have re-activated the card without any documents, just routine card #\name\address info. Was told to visit ATM on monday. Will see how will it go.
