ST Kitt On Expired Cards

I just got off the phone with the bank. If you have an expired card, they can't issue a new one or extend the expiration date because its not their card. They said they are working on a solution and will make an announcement in the next three days. Until then, you can't use your cards or withdraw money.

PS

Its about a 10 minute wait on the phone to get a live person.

Say what you will but I think the bank is doing a decent job handling all this. Especially when compared to how Epassporte has been handling wallet funds both now and in the past.

I was ask from ePass to send me new card becuaseI was lose lasto ne, and they accept it on 1st Sept , charge me $20 and say that new one was processed but I guess I will never see that new card, even if it comes it will be useless because all money is in wallet and can't do anything with them

I said it several times explaining why the conspiracy theory of SKNANB keeping the Epass business has no validity whatsoever since, as I said, THE CARDS ARE NOT FROM SKNANB

What SKNANB does is issuing the cards and respond for the money in SKNANB's Epassporte account. That's why Epass insisted with the wallet feature, because that way the money would be "in motion" so to speak. Therefore, people can get the money from VV because it's at SKNANB, and you can kiss your wallet money good bye. Why? cardholder deposits/get money --> money goes to SKNANB under Epassporte account --> VISA provides ATM and VV cards under the Epassporte co-branding as long as there's money on Epassporte's account.

So, if you keep the money at the issuing bank, you're covered.
If you choose the e-wallet option, you aren't. Why? Because you chose to leave the secure circuit and gave your money to someone else out of the circuit holding the money in a private undisclosed account.

Hope this question doesn't arise again.

On a side note, I'm not getting all the complaints from people who will get their money when they thought it was lost for good.

"Thank you for your email. Working on an option to renew Virtual Card for
online shopping. If this is not an option, wire may be, depending on

I just spoke to the bank this morning and they said they are still working on a solution. It will be posted on their website as soon as they figure out what to do. The girl said she had no idea when it will get solved or how fast.
