No, it was a small amount that I withdrew, plus $200 in that wallet that is most probably lost ... I always withdrew as I got my payments, I never trusted epass or a bank from the Caribbean to keep my money there for more than a few days, and this happened when I couldn't go to an ATM ...

It was annoying however to see even a few hundred bucks blocked by them ...

card seems to work but i get invalid pin, so im assuming it got locked when i tried more then 3 times the day they got locked... waiting on the bank to get back to me so i know how to change the pin.

Most probably, I spend $750 on my VV so the $320 limit doesn't apply for regular transactions.
