I know we can speculate all we want, but isn't it visa that needs to give access to their network?

technically one would think it would be visa at the helm........but there is no forwarding email or anything from visa during all of this....also didn't visa say they never shut anything down, and wasn't chris the one who pointed fingers at visa

They are working on I just heard, they have to route the card gateway through their former callcenter in order to get the cards working
