Why the hell would you start that now?? If legal action started now, then there's no way in hell we'd see any of that money any time soon and we'd only get a fraction of it... Until they tell us how they're going to return our money, ppl should just chill out... I suspect it will be by the end of the week.. If it becomes clear that they're going to truly fuck everyone over, then that will be the time to go after them absolutely everything. And I mean everything.Comment

If no wires arrive this week - the probability of getting anything after that is close to 0. I'd say you have to start preparing now and start legal actions next Monday if nothing changes.
Also, it would be good if someone creates a good summary of the situation with Epass during September and all persons involved (Mallick, etc.) and send it to bloggers, newspapers, other media. And next week to FTC and FBI.

I didn't say a month.. Regardless, if the intent is truly to steal the money, I suspect they're already gone and would definately be gone before you could get anything going anyway. Unless you're able to get some lawyers over there and have a court ordered freeze put on everything in the next couple days, it's game over if they're walking with the money.

I don't think an all out lawsuit should be filed, but we need someone to put some serious pressure on Mallick so we can determine if we've definitely been fucked.
I have no idea how this entire process works, but I assume if we all work together on this, we can get somewhere. Then again, if he has no money to give us, we'll get nowhere.Comment

IMO, your wasting your time. The company is incorporated overseas and so are the banks they use. You would probably have to take this all the way to the supreme court before you would even have a slight chance of getting in front of a jury.
I went through this about a year and a half ago with a ponzi scheme. The douche bag had his company incorporated in another country, banks were there, etc., but he just resided in the US. Company and he flied bankruptcy and it will take years before I will ever have a shit chance of getting 10% of my money back.
Honestly, your best bet is to try to be nice at the last remaining people at epass to get your money. They have us all by the balls and if you play nicely you will probably see your money faster or if ever. Threatening their support email is going to do nothing but put you at the bottom of the list.
