Is Hentai a good niche?

Hi,
I'm planning to step in Hentai niche. I'd like to know your perspective regarding this niche, like conversion ratio, good sponsors,.... Please share me your opinion ;)

very profitable if you have the niche traffic, that means for any niche, if you send gay midget traffic to hentai sites, its probably going to do terrible.

always good to research before working with a new niche. For years i always thought hentai/toons/manga are all the same thing.. they are not and if your traffic is looking for one of those things and end up at a site with another? the conversions will show you exactly what i mean.

Of course the stakeholders will tend to tell you that it's a great niche but I haven't found it particularly better converting than the average niche. I think it's something you're better off promoting as a micro-niche by focusing on a very narrow specialty and matching traffic and sponsor for it. General Hentai sponsors and marketing it as general Hentai don't seem to sell very well IMO.

this, and you need to remember you're dealing in art rather than actual video.. your consumer base is going to know exactly what htey want and if they have seen it before

everything, and i mean everything is going to be pirated

I am investigating this niche also now. Signed up with IdolBucks.com as they have a hentai site and give free hosting and a domain. I hope i'll see the results soon
