I heard back from PayPal again today, after providing them with further information including my HunkMoney site URL and explicitly mentioning that this is a PORN affiliate program and that I want to use PayPal ONLY for b2b affiliate payouts. Their response was:

i would NEVER trust them for something like that.
they have been KNOWN to freeze accounts in seconds with zero warning, and usually takes 3-6 months to get your funds back
Edit: i would want a strong contract with them before even considering this option.
