Hmm, I sure hope they're active for longer than two months. I am going to contact in regards to a wire anyway. $300 is annoying for any amount over a few grand really.

But yes, very pleased if the cards to become active again and our funds are accessible.

Does anyone know if the transaction limits are the same as the ATM withdrawal limits? I.e can I withdraw $320 cash, then go into a shop and spend $300 on the card?

I would be fine with having them take out all my fees as if I were to go to the atm and just wire me the damn money. My card is expired end of this month and I wont be able to use it and i wills till have plenty stuck. Big concern.

For some with loads on their cards, surely it would be worthwhile taking a plane down there and getting a bankers check against the funds on the card

Then going home and cashing it in. Bankers cheque is better than flying through customs with all that cash...

Then there is no limit on withdrawing over the counter at the bank issuers counter....

I actually emailed them about that yesterday. I also asked them what the withdrawal fee was. They told me the fees would be the same as they were before $3 and that the $10 on the site is $10 Caribbean or something, not U.S. are are for a different product.

As for how we are going to check the balance, they completely ignored that question.
