Wake up to pee a lot?

For the last couple of years, I've been waking up at least once every night to take a piss. Anyway, I've been taking a ZMA stack before bed and it has virtually eliminated this annoyance.

This is my bedtime stack, in case anyone wants to try it:

30mg Zinc Picolinate
400mg Magnesium Glycinate
50mg P5P

The magnesium also gives you a nice little sedating 'buzz' before bed. The P5P (Vitamin B6) also help with dream recall / more vivid dreams.

Give it a shot. I noticed a difference after just a couple of days.

Yeah, already have. My prostate is fine.

I've been waking up at 5am to go piss only to go back to bed and wake up at 6 to 6:30am when I go to the gym. I drink a lot of water. Never thought of it to be something abnormal.

I've always woken up 2 times a night ever since i was 10. Some people are just different. No prostate problems ever. What the zma is doing is just helping you sleep deeper. It's known for that.

I get up to piss sometimes at night too. Not every night. Tends to happen more frequently if I drank a bunch of beer before going to bed.

Other then that, I often wake up at 6am, can't fall back asleep and have to piss.
