Probably because of a request from MasterCard, but then again - why would MC request to take this down if the company in question offers their cards...

We are making small redesigns to the site and almost every single word change needs approval from MasterCard. they take about 1 week to review it and give their go ahead, only then we can put the new version up. This is standard procedure with huge companies that need to protect their copyrights and trademarks and MC is very slow in having approvals OK. The biz we are into is VERY regulated, nothing can be done on the fly right away

actually i am making a purchase when doing it from many eu countries... it's mostly in uk they consider it a cash advance...
