Can't watch Sons of Anarchy, any shows on FX, or National Geographic if you have DISH network - they are possibly going to lose ALL fox stations within a month as well. Drop me a line on ICQ if you have DISH and want DIRECTV :)

You guys weren't kidding about second season being a soap opera. That shit got so retarded, but I still enjoyed it. Catching up on season 3 now, hah.

I shall give it a shot.

Mad Men and Breaking Bad are my current favorites. Dexter is always solid.

If you liked that, search for HBO's The Wire

I'll add it to the list. Once I'm caught up with SOA I'm going to give Dexter a chance from episode one.

Edit: Just looked it up http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Wire, sounds interesting. Thanks.

I really don't watch much TV, but I recalled the Sons of Anarchy thread that was here a while ago and tracked down the first season. I gotta say that's some of the best damn TV I've seen in a long time. You guys were right. I watched the entire first season today just about straight through, aside from a 2 hour break for some road hockey when the sun came out. Hell of a show though, if you got a rainy day to burn off and never seen it, check it out.

Yea I just watched all of season 2. Show rocks. I just hope they can keep the ball rolling in season 3.

Definitely do The Wire ... and if you never got into it when it aired, try The Shield http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of...hield_episodes

The first season was gutsy and had an edge to it which i also think the second season lacked. Hopefully just the sophmoric slump and season three will rebound.

Oh, If you haven't seen the wire you have hours and hours of pure happiness coming.

If you are anything like me you'll sit down to watch an episode and 5 or 6 hours later you'll realize that you should probably get to bed soon :-)

pretty much what i've been doing with dexter the last couple days. it's a lot better when you start from the beginning. i find tv shows much better when you have all the episodes and can flow right through them.
