:stop expired epassporte card ... and now?

I had read lots threads here but i dont find any usefull information in one place for this question.
Let's use that post here to give the expired card customers updates.

Clear is that SKNANB will (maybe) re-open the cards.. the most guys will be happy to get the money. Good for yaa. But what if the card already expired?
My visa card expired too and im really curious what is the plan from SKNANB to payout these cutomers.
Any opinions and expirences are welcome!

btw..I'm done with epass in all...after i get all my money back i dont do buisness again with them.

i'm not sure how the bank has their systems setup and whether they actually deactivate the card on the expiration date, but you should still be able to withdraw cash from an ATM even when the card is "expired". the expiration only applies to "signature" transactions on the visa network, not pin based ones.

if your card is expired, you should contact the bank, send them some docs, and receive a wire.
