Assuming you don't want to ever do business with them again what would happen if you flat out refused to send them the documents they demand and instead sent them a signed and dated certified letter demanding a check for the balance in your account? I'd be surprised if they can legally demand whatever they want and hold your money hostage until you give it to them.

I have been waiting 2 weeks to get documents verified that they have already asked me 3 times and verified over several years.

if you are implying i sent in incorrect documents, you are wrong , passport and cc info , nothing "strange". either way if there was ANY problem with the documents, a response would not take 2 weeks. They responded that they haven't verified them because visa has caused them a backlog of id's. Not my problem

Really? Except for Michael they were often responding after 2-3 weeks when it was all normal and quiet. I'm surprised they are responding at all now.

Epass has always been retarded when it came to support, again, except for Michael. However as it pretty much ran on auto, I did not have much problems with it. Respect to the programmers who made it. But as far as I remember when I needed to increase my limits they have not responded at all. Not even after a month. Michael did everything in 1 day, when I found out how to contact him via ICQ. Regrettably he's not responding to ICQ at all now.

Verification took me about one week. The wire request on the other hand - I doubt I will hear anything from them in the next three weeks.
All they need to do is check the form I uploaded and bring the money on its way. It will take them about four weeks. Its incredible that I have to pay them $50 for this service!
Epassporte is done for me. I will not close my account, but I will regard it as dead anyway.

There was no fucking mention of this BEFORE I went through all this bullshit of verifying documents etc!

And, why in the fuck would they not bother to simply tell me before going through this dammed process?

So, All that for nothing! my card is verified. But can't send my ePass funds there.

Same happened to me, and they refuse to enable withdrawals to my personal card while I know they can do that and did that for few people.

Yep we have sent doc's in three times with no luck yet, always coming back with some excuse. We have given up now and pretty much have written off our three acounts with them, moved to Payoneer and hopefully that will work out, can't hang about waiting for something that will never happen. Same as IBill, live and learn again......but we will not be caught again....for any amount paid in, we will start withdrawing the minute it is in the account.

I got the same docs but I have already sent my passport photo ID in to verify my account, now I have to do it again to get wires.

Also wires are $50 to send and my bank charge $25 to get the wire (receive payments) so that's a total of $75 to get my wire. WTF! Are you kidding me?
