    RIP Stephen J Cannell

    I loved reading and watching this guy's work!!

    He gave us such incredible shows as 21 Jump Street, The Rockford Files and A-Team, as well as a ton of hot books that were instant bestsellers. Stephen J Cannell was a powerhouse in TV during the 70's and 80's but sadly he died today, succumbing to his ongoing fight with melanoma.

    Rest in peace SJC! Thanks for all the entertainment you left us with!

      Even if you're not a fan of his work, he also paid for the production of several other cult-loved shows such as "Profit", which was basically Dexter in the early 90s, without all of the blood and gore.

                                  wow.. didn't know this today. he's awesome and a great talent. Remember watching him in Renegade w/ Lorenzo Lamas. Played a great role there. RIP
