I asked Payoneer to load my card immediately..
and payed 5 dollars and what ? Nothing is my card yet... Immediately means what? 2 hours 6 hours 7 days??????? How long does it take?

I wonder how many days it would take Epass to load your account if you CALLED them asking to do it.
You'd probably have to fax some papers and wait 2-3 weeks.
