Screw 3rd party affil payouts. When are more companies going to offer ACH?
ACH doesn't just work for Americans. Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Netherlands, New Zealand, and the UK can also receive international ACH deposits.
Why don't more companies set up ACH as a payment method to affiliates? What is involved in getting ACH set up as a payment method for affiliates?

where in canada. as far as i know it's just for US banks. i asked my reps and they said no. would be nice.
