Recorded in 1974, this was a 1974 Volkswagen Beetle & camper road test. The trailer was made somewhere in Indiana, but I am not sure by whom. This trailer was created after the increased popularity of the then called "mini-car". The 360 mobility that is almost unbelievable.

Is the caravan fixed to the car roof?

Definitely better than a tent. You could load a bunch of hookers in there and then tour the country.
