Just called bank again , asked if there is any hope of another update today besides the existing message. They said they are working on it , hoping for another update, to keep checking , i said believe me i check every 5 min.
They said the whole team is working together to give us access to our funds next week and as soon as they have any more updates they will post them.

I doubt the bank has the money in cash...thats why they delay this, every extra day is good for them.

on september 3 they said it would be solved in 24 hours. all parties passed blame and kicked the can down the road so i feel we will be having the same discussion in 2011.
