It worked for me even on a bulk renewal. .coms only from what I see.

Strange, I just copied and pasted it and got the following message when trying to use it on a bulk renewal of .coms:

"The promo code you entered is invalid, expired, or ineligible for the items you are purchasing."

The disclaimer states:
