no p2p ? pretty much useless then :(

It's a free market, I guess you are most welcome to use Payoneer if you want or you could stay with Epassporte if you prefer their fees instead. Thank God it's not a regulated social plain economy. If you request a service, you gotta be prepared to pay for it.

Contacting support with the same issue, I was told that there is no way my account can be linked manually. I guess you should train the support team better!

ContentPimp 09-28-2010 04:19 AM

Free Market? Give me a break! In other words, you are saying you don't mind paying few grand in fees / year rather than a few hundred?

ACH takes 3-5 business days. If you don't see it tomorrow give our customer support a call. One you get a ticket number post it here and I will see about pushing it through.

There is p2p you fucking retards!

You can load money from one payoneer card to another.

It costs up to $7.50 - if you share the cost between 2 people, it's like $4 each.

Not that bad, considering there are no alternatives.

Agent 488 09-28-2010 04:25 AM

looks like the fee is 3.75% just a little higher than paypal.

i'm sure it's not called a p2p transfer as not to be classified as a money transmitting business, but in the end it is the same thing.

I want a safe money handler. That comes with a price. If I do not like the offered fee structure, I would have to move elsewhere. There is no need to lower their fees just because "I used to pay lower with a competitor, but they went out of business, so now I want the same low fees with you".

They offer a service, you do NOT have to use it, but you can if you want. By choosing to do so, you also accept the fees which comes with it. If you do not like the fees, or can't afford them, then do not use them.

Simple as that, use your own free will in the free market. Love liberalism instead of socialism!

Hey People!!!
I think we must give them at least a few weeks more, to organize!
Im sure they are getting 100s of emails from ex-ePassporte account holders, with inquiries, scanned ids, card orders, etc etc.
Lets wait an extra reasonable time, to know if what they said about hire new employees happens or not!
I think Payoneer is a good system, I like it, I like daily limits and the fact that the MasterCard can be used online and offline. I know p2p is very important, maybe they need to add a feature like that, but remember that this could be a reason for block, because at the end they wont know the origins or funds, etc etc. Maybe a good verification system can fix it, I dont know, Im a simple webmaster :)
I read all comments about the new payment methods and all us (including me) are very hard with them! Of course, after the ePass fiasco we can not trust anymore easly, but we need to give them a try, I think that on the next 2 months all will be working again and no one will have a single problem to cashout money from sponsors.
Just my 2 cents, dont kill me :)

Agent 488 09-28-2010 04:26 AM

if 200 programs get on this we are back in business.

Dreamteam 09-28-2010 04:32 AM

I can be wrong but these are the fees for payoneer atm withdrawals ..

$2.15 + 3% ..... WTF +3% ???????????

Hmm you guys use EXACTLY the same debitcards as paxum right? (same bank) .. and they don't have the extra 3% fee.

So lemme be clear here.

Payoneer.com ATM withdrawal ($2500) cost >>>> $2.15 + $75 = $77.15
Paxum.com ATM withdrawal ($2500) cost >>>> $2

Waaauw great promo from payoneer ... pheew

Correction - you will need to wait for the card to arrive. Sorry for the confusion.

$7.50 to transfer $200.
$37.50 to transfer $1000.
Check it yourself, you have to insert email address associated with Payoneer account to see the full amount they charge.

I tried it some days ago, but it looks like after you enter the amount and Payoneer email address or card where to send funds, the system requires a Visa or MasterCard to load the funds. Its like Send money from YOUR CREDIT CARD to any account holder.

Is OK to use the Payoneer Debit Card to debit funds?
If Yes, so it can works as p2p transfers!

IF NOT, WHY NOT? Then you are useless! No webmasters can pay for their hosting, programmer, graphic design, content, copywriting, grunt work services, etc via PAYONEER THEN!

Currently we do not offer p2p. We are working on developing it but it takes time in order for us to be sure it is secure and that there is no risk in regards to fraud. We take compliance and security to the highest standard. We can not comprise our business at the expense of our cardholders until we are 100% sure that this is viable. We are aware that this is very important to you, thus is is important to us. It is in the works. I will keep you posted on the progress.

As far as I can see I need to wait until I get the card, because I need the card number in order to switch other sponsors to payoneer.

Is there a way around this, so I can switch these sponsors already?

I think you overlooked my question from the first page.
Please answer. Thank you in advance.

Are you planning to hire someone who will be available over icq like Michael O is for epassporte?

Clarification - when withdrawing funds, MasterCard may charge you a currency conversion fee of up to 3%. Currency conversion applies to all debit cards across the market.

ah i see you can load another payoneer but need visa/mc.

can you use your payoneer card as the cc in order to load?

Agent 488 09-28-2010 05:49 AM

can you load your paypal from payoneer card?

Klen 09-28-2010 05:51 AM

Also speaking about that 3% fee for withdraw, that could apply for all cards, epass have it but they never wanted to admit it how they have it.For example, when i was withdrawing 500$,there was 10$ overall fee.First day it was even 25$ fee,but when i complained to Michael O he said how it will be corrected in few next days,so it did dropped to 10$.Which is still larger then declared 3$ fee.

Thomas007 09-28-2010 05:52 AM

Will you add support for withdrawels via wiretransfers in the future?

Agent 488 09-28-2010 05:55 AM

Slappin Fish 09-28-2010 06:31 AM

Few months ago you refused to wire out, you do wires now?

Jaeger 09-28-2010 06:41 AM

got a question payoneer, what do you mean may charge up to 3%? so it won't always be that high?

Tapaz 09-28-2010 06:42 AM

I read that is needed an ID PICTURE ???? It ask me just for a ID NUMBER ... why is that? Also : if we get 9000 do we get blocked account and asked to provide ID and other documents? I think everyone knows here that you ask just an ID number and not an ID scan... or am I wrong

They ask me just for an ID number , shipped me a card all is fine , first payments already received. I heard in some countries they ask for an ID. But just in some countries. I signed up with AWE by the way ... so I dont know. Maybe they ask an ID scan if you sign up by yourself.

Chosen 09-28-2010 07:01 AM

Tapaz, they ask some people for a scan of ID on a case by case basis, and if they haven't asked you yet it doesn't mean that they never will.
