Hi GFY Community,
We would like to officially introduce ourselves. Since 2005 Payoneer has been a leading provider of Payouts for web-based businesses worldwide. We support hundreds of well known companies in the affiliate, freelancer, and MLM fields.

Payoneer FAQs

After reviewing most of the threads I see some re-occuring questions. Here are some FAQ's to get you started:

1. Can I link an existing card to other Partners?

Yes, you can. When you are on the Payoneer landing page (aka card sign up) you have the option to link your existing card rather then fill out information for a whole new one - on the upper right side of the page you will see "If you already own a prepaid MasterCard card from Payoneer, Click Here!". You will be asked to fill out your card number, user name, and password for your existing account. Once you do this your card will be automatically linked to the new partner and you will be able to start receiving payments.

2. Do I need a card for each Partner?

No, this goes along with the above question. As long as you link your card to all the Partners you work for you only need one card.

3. How do I get a card?

You need to get a card through one of our many approved Partners - LiveJasmin, MyFreeCams, Streamates, IMLive, etc?

4. Do I need to be a US citizen?

No, as long as you have a valid Picture ID (i.e. passport, drivers license, country ID) you are eligible to apply for a card.

5. How long does it take to get my card?

Cards are shipped within 2 business days of approval, depending on where you are in the world it can take up to 25 business days. The cards are shipped from the US via standard mail. This may sound like forever but once you have the card everything else is immediate! You can also call our customer support and pay for express shipping.

6. Can I get a payment even though I didn't get my card?

Yes, once your card is approved you are already able to receive payments from Partners within 2 days on average. You will receive "Good News" emails from us informing you of payments received. Once you accept your payment you will see the balance in your My Account. As soon as you get your card in the mail you will already have funds available for spending - all you will need to do is ACTIVATE your card.

7. Where can I use the card?

Anywhere around the world where MasterCard is accepted; at an ATM or Point of Sale.

8. What are the daily limits?

You have a daily cash withdrawal limit of $2,500. In addition you have another $2,500 to spend at a point of sale (i.e. online, at the gas station, in the grocery store).

Right now we are experiencing very high call volumes but we are working on amping up our customer support. I am hoping that being present here will help alleviate some of these issues.

ok i have not received my card yet. one program sent me a link to add them. but it asks for my card number. when i log in to the payoneer admin the card number is blacked out xxxxxx etc. where do i get my card number?

Does issueing a card cost the sponsor anything, or is it free? I push almost no traffic to sponsors and only do development. Is there any other way for something like me to get a card?

I am still waiting for my card to arrive any minute here. Was approved on Sept. 13.
I urgently need to update my payment info to payoneer for sponsors who I did not use to open the payoneer account.
As far as I can see I need to wait until I get the card, because I need the card number in order to switch other sponsors to payoneer.

Is there a way around this, so I can switch these sponsors already?

it is on the front of your card when you receive it in the email
Merging is impossible without your user name, pass, and 16 digit number
you have to wait until you have the card in hands

Serious-Cash.com however had a simpler way of adding payoneer payout. You just fill in your user name. So in time i hope this complicated system will simplify it self like Serious-Cash has it

I guess you could add the card to your Paypal or Moneybookers account and do the transfer that way. Would take care of the problem of paying for hosting and normal services.

I had the same issue, and it seems there is no way to find out the card number unless you physically receive it.

In this case you will need to call our customer support, they will verify that you are in fact you. They will then be able to link your accounts manually. Or you can wait until you get the card in the mail and you can do it yourself.
