Just looked at the site... you have a lot of Asian girls on there. Nice. You thought about different tours for different races?

I'm thinking some might be confused by the compensation or misreading it. I'm not an affiliate rep or in the market to be one but I have to admit it seems somewhat ambiguous. Maybe it's just that I don't know what is customary. Anyway it might help to clarify. And if you can't get any bites consider offering a minimum per month to start. I would think it's harder to be a rep for a single niche site than it would be for a multi-niche network. There's only so much smoking traffic out there which probably limits volume to some degree.

BTW, what's the url to your affiliate program? I took a glance at the site real quick and I must have missed it. I have some traffic which is under performing elsewhere and would like to possibly give it a shot.

I've decided to call it 2nd Tier Affiliates instead of affiliate managers. Also you'd make the same percentage on recurring memberships also.
