I use Belkin Universal 800VA, I think it might be discontinued now.

Has saved me a couple of times each year when the winds get up and lightning strikes during the winter months.

Very quiet, in fact you can't hear it.

Edit: looks like Belkin still have it on their site.

I sometimes use DHL as my UPS back-up, although my first choice is usually FedEx.

Always have a back-up for crashes...
