    How is streamate paying you guys now?

    I emailed my rep but no reply yet. I have epassporte as method of payment. I see PAID in payment history but monies have never been paid. I doubt they would send to epass. Why would they put paid and not pending? Did not get anything in my last 3 pay periods.

    why is it so difficult to get support these days?

      Hi Pornjudge,

      Where have you been emailing us? I'm happy to help get any info you need - email me directly at [email protected]. You are correct that no epass payments are being sent - so you account is probably on hold. The invoices continue to be processed (hence why you see paid) but we are holding payments if you have epass selected.
