    Katy Perry: The New No Talent Singing Superstar.

    Why do we stack these no talent bimbos so high on the pole?

    Katy Perry has NO natural singing ability. Saw her on Saturdy Night Live yesterday, and she has no natural pitch, sings very high in her throat and dances like she has a stick up her ass.

    Yes, she has a beautiful body, great breasts, long legs, big off set eyes that are perfect for the camera. But are people listening to her sing or just masturbating to her image?

    And on top of that, she STOLE Britney Spears' highschool uniform bit.

    Why can't singers actually SING?

    When she did the "boogerman" soundtrack bit, it wasn't even her voice. She was lipsyncing to another track and she even missed a few cues doing that.

    There must be 1000's of real singers out there in the world and we allow these no talent wanna be artists that have no original ideas of their own to dominate the market place.

    Give her a reality show already and get her off the market. "Karing for Katy" on the E Channel this fall. She's not a singer, so let's see if she can act.

    I hope one day real singers will be back in style. Kids don't know what they are missing worshippng long legged big breasted women that simply can not sing.

    Is it too much to ask for, a singer that can ACTUALLY SING IN PITCH?

                                                                                  Of course everything being produced today is total crap, but when you were a kid they made "real music" and had "real talent". Our parents said the same thing about our music while singing "We all live in a yellow submarine" - you know, because songs by druggies who sang about living in yellow submarines was clearly much better than what we had when we were teens.

                                                                                  Someone in another thread said something about a lack of talent in today's music, and posted up a video of someone playing a guitar and singing solo. I though it was crap and is hardly entertaining by today's standards. Even concerts I went to in the 1980s were lame compared to what I saw a few weeks ago - pyrotechnics out the ass, the entire band being raised into the air on a platform, and dozens of fifty feet tall movie screens constantly in rotation. The stuff we had thirty years ago was pretty crappy when compared to today's entertainment dollar.

It doesn't take a genious OR research to simply HEAR the fact that SHE CAN'T SING, and doesn't have any natural pitch or decent vocal range.

                                                                                                                                                  Singing live is singing. There is no excuse. Real singers can sing on the drop of a dime. She was pitchy, out of tune, had no control, sang out of her throat. Even Madonna in her early years sang better and Madonna was more of a "Mick Jagger" type of singer.. ie; performance artist w/vocals tossed in. Katy Perry can't sing, can't dance and just struts around the stage like she did when she was 10 years old in front of a mirror when her daddy walked in and said "you are so talented!!!" Now, we have the adult version of that horrific childhood scene.
