Yes it does. A friend of mine smoked it when he was on probation and passed drug tests. Problem was, his prob. officier showed up at his house to make sure he was there for curfew, and brought a few cops to search his apartment. While there, they found the k2, didn't perform any kind of chemical test on it, and then threw him in jail on probation violation / possession of marijuana.
