webair ...any staff left or all gone to barcelona??

    webair ...any staff left or all gone to barcelona??

    First one sales guy vanishes whilst i'm discussing altering my hosting plan. I wait a while and now find out from someone he's in barcelona? - might want to put some type of autoresponder from his mail box stating this since otherwise you could wait forever for a reply.

    Then i talk to some new guy mikeM there and send him an email, no reply, i talk to him on icq he's say's sure i'll get back to you asap, actually read my mail he said whilst i was on icq to him. Over a day later and nothing?? not on icq and no email reply.

    Not really the sort of help you want from a host you've been with 5years or more.

    WTF is up with webair these days, my other hosts have been getting back to me in like a few hours not days!!!!!

              He's not going to contact you, but while you're waiting, go ahead and renew your SSL cert:

              It expired way back in July. I'm surprised one of your technicians or customers hasn't notified you.

                You are a current customer so they figure you will put up with it and just wait

                If you were a new customer I’m sure they would get back to you quickly

                              Go with phatservers / amerinoc and you always get a reply within max 5 minutes, 24 hours a day.

                              I have never experienced a company with such a fast supporthelpdesk as phatservers
