    You were probably the most loved and touted in the industry, it's over.

    You fucked over tons of customers and yes, someone died. No one will ever trust you again in this or any other industry.

    You lie with dogs you get fleas. You still continue to lie with the dogs.

    Before all of you tell me how great he has been all along, remember that is what he is paid to do. He is PAID to put up with the BS and take care of you. You were paid to do your work - to bad epassporte took it from you (or fucked up so it was).

      i hear ya.on one hand he was told what to say and paid to do it...on the other..he was the voice of epassporte here on gfy snd numerous other places..once he took that job he also took on some responsibility and accountability for the statments he put out to the public ..there is no doubt in anyones mind he is a loyal employee but that deosnt change the fact he was a big part of the lies being put out there by epassporte...if he didnt agree with what they wanted him to say or didnt belive it..he had the choice to remove himself from the situation at any time.if for nothging else but save his own credibility

                              Michael O doesn't strike me as a successful troll (*). I think he's a genuine person who is doing the best he can. Don't forget he's working remotely, he can't just walk into Chris Mallick's office and ask him WTF is going on. I think he also said he's paid with epass as well so obviously his own income stream has been affected by this.

                                          That means he thinks he will continue to have a job.

                                                                                      I think they may have a warchest of other funding/savings that will allow them to continue on. At first in a smaller capacity, and then with an additional visa/mastercard or whatever.

                                                                                                                                                      As far as ePassporte being "finished" - the company may not be, but their virtual visa likely is finished.

                                                                                                                                                      On the bright side, it's looking as if those who are willing to fill out forms and provide personal ID along with proof of residence (drivers license, passport, birth certificate, utility bill, car registration, etc) may get some, if not all, of their virtual visa account funds back, eventually.

                                                                                                                                                      However, ePassporte users, especially those in various eastern Europe and Asian countries, who can't / won't provide personal documentation probably will get nothing.

                                                                                                                                                          It seems as though Michael O is doing the best he can under the circumstances and the real anger should be directed at Mallick. They tell him one thing and he tells the account holder. However after a certain point you would think you would realize that your reputation is starting to be harmed and insist that someone from Epass corporate make the statement instead.

                                                                                                                                                          But it is curious that he kept telling everyone things would be fine, being worked out etc and then he claims that once the dust settles he can then quit. If everything is settled and running smooth again in the future and you put up with the shit storm, why quit? Only reason would be you realize thats not going to happen.

                                                                                                                                                          On a side note, where are all of Mallick's ass kissers? The "he'll make it right" and "he's stand up" bros that came to his defense before. They were left out to dry that's for sure.

I know that if I had a position to fill regarding customer service in adult business, I'd seriously consider him.                                                                                                                                                                       I wish you would have said this a couple weeks ago.. that would have been beyond helpful at that time.. but at least now we know it's over and can try to find an alternative..

                                                                                                                                                                      (FYI, alot of us work 80-100 hours a week.. for the majority of my life i have done at least 80 a week.. even did two full time jobs in my teens..)

                                                                                                                                                                      in any event, you should not have any trouble finding a job, shit, if you get stuck, i will hire you...

Someone owes you money, so you take the lowest hanging fruit and bang on him until his reputation is destroyed. You know, because clearly the people on the lowest rung make the policy, make the decisions, and clearly it's his fault that your money is locked up. Seems to me like he's an employee, and not at fault.

In every post he made at the begnning you could tell he truly believed what he was telling us. I do not know at what time he realised what he was smelling was not roses, but he still carried on doing his best and I am sure he will continue doing his best until there is no longer anything that can be done.

                                                                                                                                                                                  I understand people are hurting and people need a scapegoat, but I do not understand why the obvious culprit is mainly overlooked and all this unnecessary venom is directed at the one guy who tried his best to keep us in the loop.
