Our industry is insane. Someone owes you money, so you take the lowest hanging fruit and bang on him until his reputation is destroyed. You know, because clearly the people on the lowest rung make the policy, make the decisions, and clearly it's his fault that your money is locked up. Seems to me like he's an employee, and not at fault.
His reputation should be fine. |
Michael has helped me many time, its not his fault what happeened with epass, and yes, he doing that epass'es boss told him to do, hes not a god, so just thank you Muchael for many years excellent support and it seems its not need here to post fake hopely posts anymore, tell you boss about that.

In the past 5 years Michael always fixed any issue I had with epassporte without having to call their terrible asian callcenter. And usually he fixed it in less then 24 hours, which is pretty nice for such a weird offshore company.
Basically Michael was one of the few persons who could get things done at epassporte. Now recently he was not provided with much more information then we do, but you can't blame Michael on that. I'm sure many big affiliate or hosting companies would love to hire him as a good support guy |
what is going to happen to c. gurpret? he was always helpful as well.

If epass gets through this then they're going to have some serious problems once Michael O is gone. Without that one man on staff the customer service level drops significantly (and incompetence level increases)

Micheal has been given the thankless task of keeping people informed when there was no real information to be given. And he has done that to the best of his ability.
Basically he does not know if, when or how money in VV will be released. Because no one at Epass knows. Not even Mallick. Most of the questions came down to that. The others were getting money out of the wallet and that's done by bank transfer. And exactly where is the money, which I doubt if Micheal knew. My advice to Micheal is to get his CV in order and start hitting a few people up on ICQ, quietly of course. :winkwink: |

Well I did and even they wont give you a straight awnser and they are the ones holding your money so how the hell do you expect Michael to know the truth of whats really going on. You ever been made redundant ? Well nine times out of ten the employees have no idea whats going on at the top ...
Michael is just an employee and has always been very helpfull to a lot of people in this industry, so why are you blamming him for this. It is not his fault and he does not deserve to treated like it is. |
