You can offer just renting advertising space as hardlinked spots... I remember as a few years ago I tried to delete all emails about selling links from my gmail when mr. M.Cutts have banned a bunch of very reputable websites ;) then I`ve discovered that anyone cant completely erase emails in gmail at all...
IMHO Mr.G. now use much more ethical methods to ban (or penalize) websites when they host links for money. Just try to be more or less organic and all will be fine )
