Hmmmm......yeah SILENT is good......lets get silent for lets say 12-15 months and let people pay their bills with their asses. All we got these 3 weeks is a Silence! :2 cents::2 cents::2 cents: |

Everyone that is 'waiting' on the CC is waiting for the funds to be released so we can have access to them. There is no wire, or withdraw, they don't have 'access' to those funds. |

I doubt you really believe that shit either. |

Its like a MAFIA WAR, Blood Money and Drugs! "Yeah Murffy go hide that body in the dumpster and keep it silent" !!!:2 cents: |

I don't blame HIM for that, I blame his superiors who clearly aren't saying shit even to him, probably because anything they would have to say at this point would indicate the situation to be much worse than they originally let on. Still, if that were the case and say it'd be another month or longer for people to get their money, at the very least they should TELL PEOPLE this. Instead, Visa and even the offshore bank have given more info to people than Epass has, and they probably didn't have to since they aren't the interface people are dealing with - Epass is. And despite that, Epass can't figure out why people are getting more antsy? |

You are not doing wires ... me and many others are waiting for 3 weeks not for you to transfer the money and nothing happens. |

we should contact him on all lines ... i assume that is the most direct way to mallik |
The "change" statement is REALLY troubling.
I was a believer against odds, but this 1 word almost made me lose faith.. |

Epass might become a US business only.
Right now, the only way to load epass is via US checking account. :( Actually, it would be a way to save their business. Make all US customers happy - screw all the international guys. |
it's fucking done.

We submitted a wire request september 3rd. The money has still not left our epass account. I'll email Gregory Elias now and ask if he knows what's going on. |
Could this explain the silence?

Updates on what is actually happening is what is necessary right now. Staying silent only impresses upon us all that epass is truly fucked. |
So the left hand does not want to let the right hand know what he is doing

chances in motion.

I would suggest emailing Epass support with your questions on an hourly, daily or whatever bases, CCíng those addresses. That way they all get a taste of how many are waiting. Right now they have taken notice of the fact. Experiencing the fact is another story. You can't take their cash, but you sure can kill their email functionality that way. Just mail support and CC Christy Barnes<[email protected]>, Christy Taylor<[email protected]>, Chris Mallick <[email protected]> And Of course Mr Elias :thumbsup You could even combine this with calls to the Bank. All you need to apply pressure right here in one thread. USE IT! |

from another board
I work for a PCI (credit card security) auditor, and think the elephant in the room that nobody?s talking about is how ePassporte stores card data. I checked the Visa list of PCI compliant companies (http://usa.visa.com/download/merchan...-providers.pdf) and I can?t find ePassporte or any of these other related companies on the list. ePassporte would need to pass an annual third party security audit since it looks like it runs the back-end for its cards and bills users? credit cards to load accounts. This could explain why they were shut down so suddenly. I can?t imagine Visa would allow the cards to be re-activated until it has passed a PCI audit. |

Pretty arrogant comments from Michael, telling people to be quite when all they want are some answers as to whats going on with their money. Epass would be dead without you Michael and I think in all my experience with you, you are awesome, but you need to seriously rethink those comments. |

Anybody know the feeling of knowing what's going on, but not being able to respond and tell the others while they are having a go at the situation? THAT'S what he is feeling at this very moment most likely. Therefore I'd say go easy on the guy, he can't be blamed for more then a poor choice of company to work for. However, do your worst calling St Kitts bank and keep mailing support with the CC's to the mentioned addresses in this thread. Let the true culprits feel the heat for a change. |
