Here's a trick for your peace of mind. Write the money off so you stop thinking about it every 20 minutes and give yourself the challenge of making it back as soon as possible. You'll be surprise of the results if you focus on the positive instead of the negative.

Worked for me and I still have a nice chunk in the VV.
