Payoneer says it can take up to 30 business days to receive the card outside the US, so waiting for 2 weeks ain't nothing.Comment

btw do they print an URL on the frontside of the card, when I searched on images.google.com for payoneer cards I noticed they put url's on it for example 'www.friendfinder.com' pretty weird

Applied last Wed 9-15, postmarked Fri 9-17, received Mon 9-21. Comes out of New York. Activation smooth as silk. Very impressed.
Only thing that has me baffled yet is getting the acct hooked to diff sponsors but I know someone posted a thread on it. Cant be too hard.
Apparently anyone can pay anyone through the link (logged in on the home page) so hooking the acct to a sponsor seems unnecessary. I would think the $7.50 fee a transaction remains the same no matter how the sponsor, or whoever sends.
Simple system and only $2.75 fee for cash withdrawl any amount up to $2500 a day. So decent fees on the withdrawl end.
Looks good so far. Good looking system, bit pricey but still well worth it for sending/receiving internationally.

When someone sends you funds, they send you an email which you must approve. The funds are then available in 2-4 days.

Fees are higher then epass. Used to be assholes and were easy to cancel the payment from side parties that are not Payoneer partners. Thats why i have cancelled back in the day.Русня, идите нахуй!Comment

Yep i received load from trafficholder.But,it seems once you receive that load,you need then load that money to your card-and then you have two option-first one is too wait 5 business days and pay 2$,second one is to pay 5$ and receive load in next two hours.I took second option.

It's 20$ for card activation,just checked fees and it's matches.Still,it's stupid why that is not stated in transaction list like epass was doing it.And btw,considering all this fees,seems if you withdraw large amount let say 5000$ from sponsor,then check/wire fee is smaller.Comment

May not work out that well for you since they do not really offer peer to peer payments.
Yeah, I'm sure models will love getting cards that say ImLive.com and Streamate.com on them.
OKPAY is a much better system. They offer real p2p payments and a lot of other features no one else has. Their cards are $14 and they will get a card to you in 5 days with DHL for $60 (total including card fees).The best ePassporte replacement I have found: OKPAYComment

Yeah it is based on country. I dont think there is a fee for those in US or Canada. Plus the sponsor subsidy like with AWE and Pussycash doesnt work for those countries I posted.
I just want to know that when a sponsor or whoever loads my card that my Mastercard will work. It sounds pretty solid tho from all accounts.Comment

No I am pretty sure it is. You need someone's email address or their card number.
Send seeandsee $5 or something towards his $30 fee.
They need to contact you tho to give you either of those infos. At least that is what it says on the payment sending page.

go to "load funds" or "load card" or whatever. you put in the other persons email or user name i think. it is not a transfer but achieves the same purpose.
